The consultant personally holds an interest in the intellectual property utilized for the service offered. You agree to indemnify and hold TKP and the consultant harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs and judgments that may be asserted against he/ she or TKP that results from the acts or omissions of the consultation.
You agree to provide the requested data necessary for this consultation in deidentified form in order to protect privacy. You agree to sign the consultation agreement that will be sent to the contact information you provide.
This consultation provides knowledge and/ or recommendations only. It is not intended to inform clinical practice and your acceptance of these terms indicate that you hereby understand and agree to this.
WE MAY REVISE OR TERMINATE THESE Terms of Use at any time, without notice to you, the user. The user is responsible for reviewing the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy regularly. If you use the TKP Websites, the TKP Applications, and/or Services after either or both the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy have been revised, you agree to be bound by the revisions.
